Who we are

This store is operated by Dampen Rosac, selling hair care products in Egypt. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

The product

Dampen Rosac Hair Serum is a cosmetic registered with the Egyptian Drug Authority. It is not a medicine and not a treatment. It is for external use by adults: applied to the scalp, then combed through the lengths and ends. If you have a scalp condition or a known sensitivity, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before using it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is placed. Payment is cash on delivery.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or the details are incomplete. If we decline after you have paid, we refund in full.

Offers

Launch and promotional offers run for a stated period or a stated quantity, whichever ends first, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and any dispute falls to the competent Egyptian courts.
