Returns and replacements

We want you to be happy with what arrives. Here is exactly what we can and cannot do.

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or is the wrong item

We replace it at our cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a video of the parcel being opened, and we will arrange the replacement. Please do not use the product if the seal is broken.

Sealed bottles

If the bottle is still sealed and in its original box, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. The bottle must be unused and in the condition it arrived in. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Opened bottles

Once the seal is broken we cannot accept a return. This is a cosmetic applied directly to hair, and for hygiene and safety reasons an opened bottle cannot be resold or restored to its original condition.

Refunds

Where a return is accepted, the refund goes back the way you paid. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet. Card payments are returned to the same card. Allow up to 14 days for the amount to appear.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy removes the rights the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law gives you.
