Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt.

Cost

EGP 50 for any order, anywhere in Egypt. One price, whichever governorate you are in. Orders above EGP 1,500 ship free.

Time

Orders are handed to the courier within one working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days, and can be longer for remote areas. You get the expected date when your order is created with the courier.

Paying on delivery

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship. Check the parcel before you pay.

Tracking

We send the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier tries again before the parcel returns to us.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is late, damaged, or never arrives, contact us and we will chase it with the courier. Replacements are covered in our refund policy.
